  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crockpot: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with a small amount of butter or cooking spray.
  2. Season the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot. Sprinkle with onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
